The MECCC developing a plan to supply nearly all the electricity used by the OSC, the town garage and the fire station from renewable sources. Stay tuned for more information. In other news, the Central Vermont Community Action Council is hosting a series of weatherization workshops for DIY folks. Click here for the brochure.

We are currently working on setting up a team of residents to help other residents with simple weatherization projects and energy assessment. Please contact Rich Phillips for more information.

Loaner Kill A Watt meters can be borrowed by Marshfield and Plainfield residents for up to three weeks to be used to determine individual 120-V appliances' power consumption. Contact the webmaster for more information.
